February Preview
This month's scheduled preview will be taking place from February 18-22,
and an announcement which details about what changes there will be from
last month will be posted shortly before then. We can tell you that
characters and account data have been wiped, so everything will be on a
clean slate this time. Furthermore, discipline trainers will no longer
all be placed in Seadogs Rest, and will instead be in their appropriate
locations. This is both a response to lag, as well as an effort to
ensure the accuracy of trainer placement. More details in the next few
weeks!
Logo
After a lengthy process of review and editing, Quake recently completed
the new Play to Crush logo! One of his submissions won the public vote,
but because the team had several reservations about the entry, it was
completely reworked with input gathered during the voting process and
from the team. The final logo can be viewed below!
Development
Work on the database restructure has dominated development efforts since
the conclusion of January's preview. As a result, we don't have any
major announcements as to new features at this time. The restructure
will be completed soon, allowing development to continue as planned from
there.
On a related note, because of the monthly previews and the way
announcements are currently structured, advances in development reported
at each month's State of the Bane will not (necessarily) reflect
features for the next preview. With only a two week period between the
conclusion of previous preview and the State of the Bane, there is
little time for new features to be completely implemented. This being
the case, there will be less emphasis on development in State of the
Bane announcements, and we just wanted to give everyone a heads up on
that! New features and functionality will be highlighted in the
"pre-preview" announcement instead.
Quality Assurance
Several of you have recently pointed out that you are now seeing
individuals with titles such as "Senior Quality Assurance." This is the
result of a Testing Team restructuring, where the team was reduced in
size slightly, and those individuals who were particularly helpful have
taken on more responsibility in providing quality assurance. As such,
these individuals have been given new titles, but their duties are
largely the same.
The current members of the Quality Assurance team are: Alyriel,
Angelmar, Coyote, Peerless, and Silk. Of these individuals, both Alyriel
and Silk have been designated "Senior Quality Assurance", in
recognition of their exceptional dedication and skill in ensuring PTC's
accuracy.

| TŁUMACZENIE:Cieszę się, że mogę przedstawić wam aktualne State of the Bane! Sorry za opóźnienie, zeszły tydzień był nieźle zakręcony.
Lutowy eventW tym miesiącu event będzie miał miejsce w dniach 18-22 lutego, ogłoszenie zawierające szczegóły o zmianach pojawi się wkrótce przed tym. Konta zostały ponownie wyczyszczone, więc znów zaczynamy od początku. Poza tym, trenerów dyscyplin nie znajdziecie już w SDR, zamiast tego pojawią się oni w odpowiednich lokacjach. Jest to spowodowane lagami, chcemy także upewnic się, czy wszyscy trenerzy są tam gdzie trzeba. Wiecej szczegółów wkrótce!
LogoPo długim procesie przeglądania i edytowania, Quake wreszcie ukończył nowe logo PTC! Jedna z jego propozycji wygrała publiczne głosowanie, ale ponieważ team miał do niej kilka zastrzeżeń, została ona kompletnie ptrzebudowana. Ukończoną wersję możecie znaleźć tu: 
RozwójPo ostatnim evencie team zajął się przede wszystkim pracą nad strukturą bazy danych. W wyniku tego nie mamy żadnych większych ogłoszeń dotyczących zmian. Restrukturyzacja powinna wkrótce się zakończyć, pozwalając nam ruszyć dalej według planu. Przy okazji, z powodu comiesięcznych eventów i sposobu, w jaki ogłoszenia są obecnie zbudowane, kolejne ogłaszane zmiany niekoniecznie muszą znaleźć się w danym evencie. Zaledwie dwutygodniowa przerwa między wnioskami z poprzedniego eventu i kolejnym State of the Bane to za mało, żeby wprowadzić wszystkie zmiany. W związku z tym, będę kłaść mniejszy nacisk na zmiany w kolejnych State of the Bane, ale głowa do góry! Zamiast tego wszystko opisane będzie w ogłoszeniach poprzedzających eventy. Kontrola JakościNiektórzy z was mogli zauważyć, że na forum znajdują się ludzie z tytułem "Senior kontroli jakości". Jest to wynik restrukturyzacji Testing Teamu, przez co team został trochę pomniejszony, i ci, którzy byli częściowo pomocni wzieli na siebie więcej odpowiedzialności za jakość. W związku z tym dostali oni nowe tytuły, lecz ich rola będzie z grubsza taka sama. Obecni członkowie zespołu Kontroli Jakości to: Alyriel, Angelmar, Coyote, Peerless i Silk. Spośród nich, Alyriel i Silk otrzymali tytuł seniora, aby podkreślić ich poświęcenie i umiejętności w pracy nad PTC. Wątek na PTC:Discuss Here __________________________________ |

| ech, wszystko pięknie ładnie, tylko jak wyszłam to już wrócić nie mogłam >.< Bugów większych nie uświadczyłam, chociaż widać, że runegate powoli zaczynają testować - stanęłam obok i mnie automatycznie teleportowało do oblivionu. No i ai mobów jest wyłączone lol. Ale poza tym całkiem płynny ten event __________________________________ |
